Multi-Color Shibori Art Haori

A beautiful and unique handmade circa 1970s Japanese fine silk Kimono jacket. It's made from pure silk and has a wholly hand-tied shibori batik finish to the outer (each little 'dot' of the larger pattern has been tied by hand prior to dyeing). The jacket is fully lined. Due to the intricate nature, shibori is one of the most expensive and labor intensive ways of dying fabric.
