A vintage circa 1960's hand painted Damask silk Kimono robe. Damask is a soft flowing silk where the individual threads are woven to form a geometric or floral pattern or a shiny, subtle repeating pattern on a matte background. The Kimono is fully lined with off-white silk.
The Kimono is designed to be worn belted at the waist, the length of the robe should be adjusted at the waist by folding over the belt.

MATERIAL 100% silk outer, 100% silk lining
CONDITION Very good vintage condition with some minor flaws. There are some faint watermarks on the lining. There are some pinhead sized spots to the outer silk in a few places.
